Log into http://app.gumband.com and click the “Need help?” tab on the right, open the profile dropdown in the upper right, and select “Submit a Ticket”. Complete the form with as much detail as possible, including:
Date and time that the issue occurred
Clear explanation of the issue
Steps to reproduce the issue (where possible)Photo
Taking a screenshot of the issue occurring
Additional photo and/or video evidence to support attachments of the issue occurring
The team will follow up on your inquiry within a one business day to confirm receipt and outline next steps.
